Broadreach Staffing Solutions interview questions

I was contacted by one of their recruiters about a Job opportunity with a Law Firm. The recruiter waited a week to ask me for my resume, and then I was basically ghosted and told that they weren't accepting new applicants. They did not seem to have any contact with the Company. A recruiter from another company contacted me when the original candidate had fallen through, and he said that I needed to ask the original recruiter to resubmit me, but never heard anything else.
