I applied for the post and attended an interview. The interviewers looked depressed and suspicious of me which made it an awkward experience. One of them kept staring at me weirdly, which I didn't like and demonstrates her unprofessionalism. I passed the first one, so was invited for a second interview. On the day, I couldn't attend so I asked to have it rescheduled. The interviewer replied saying she would inform me the decision if it could be rearranged. It took weeks for to receive a response not from her, but from another department. I was told my application was declined. This contradicts the interviewer's promise that she would let me know if it could be rearranged. After spending much time preparing for the interview and taking nearly THREE HOURS to travel to the first one, they had absolutely no consideration to rearrange the interview neither to update me on the decision. Also, they notified me of another role during the interview I could apply for, but broke yet another promise by not sending me the details of the role. Avoid disappointment by avoiding Bromley Healthcare, as they are shoddy, unprofessional and untrustworthy.
