I applied online. I interviewed at Brooksource (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2020
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who encouraged me to apply. An info session was held before first round interviews. I had two zoom interviews and then one final in office interview. The process was easy and took about a month. I liked everyone I spoke to a lot, and they also seemed very interested in me. They were quick to let me know within a week that they were not going to offer me the job due to lack of experience. I appreciated their feedback, and considered the process good practice considering I didn’t get the job.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Brooksource (Hoboken, NJ)
Interview
People have all been great and easy to talk to. Office was nice to go into. Relatively easy interviewing process, especially if you're easy to talk to. Seems like they're trying to see how you are as a person during the interview process.

Initial contact was made, then a preliminary interview to understand the the job requirements, more about the company, etc. Then the first video interview in which we discussed more in depth about the role, company, the who/why/when/where/and whats. After that was a secondary virtual interview which was much more in depth!

Very immersive process, met four folks in the office and learned about the role, future opportunities, core values, and the culture. White board, role play, and panel style. Extra time spent answering my questions.
