Teams interview, face to face interview, 2nd face to face interview and 3x tasks. Interviewers were great, really took the time to go through my CV and qualifications, and to get to know me. On the third interview, they showed me around the building and introduced me to the whole team. They offered me the role but it just wasn't quite right at the time - wasn't easy to turn down the job though! But the company and team felt really professional and didn't rush the process at all. The 2 face-to-face interviews were roughly 2 hours long each. But nothing worse than an employer rushing to offer a job when you feel they don't know you very well.
