Three stage process, first interview as with CD to find out if i was suitable for the position and also to inform me the stages that i will go through
second stage F2F interview with CD and one board member and i was asked to make a presentation on the challenges in the construction industry and the necessary recommendation,
Third stage was interview with CEO
