8 rounds of interviews across many departments of the organization/different thematic teams. very scattered process in general, seems like no one is running the process entirely from start to finish

The interview process took a bit of time to hear back from the hiring team after submitting my application. Thereafter, I scheduled an interview which was very behavioral and then it took weeks to hear back.

Interview
I was told I was a “shoe-in” for this role. I drove 50 minutes to an on-site interview. Being told it was an entry level role and my experience aligned well with he position, I was very hopeful to receive an offer.. The following day, I was told they wouldn’t be moving forward after basically implying I would get the role. I was given no feedback as to why I didn’t get the role.
