A candidate who appears for interviews is expected to come prepared for tests and various interview techniques. Any employer may use such evaluative techniques to assess your skills and capabilities to understand if you fit the role or not which is basic common protocol anywhere you go. Please limit yourself in saying anything against an organisation if you are not aware how interviews are conducted. You were a least scorer in techincal side of Developer's technical rounds so we couldn't even offer you an alternate profile before declining your application. Had you performed well; you would have earned that seat in the office. You were shortlisted based on your score in previous rounds conducted but you couldn't perform well in practical assessment.
