The Talent Acquisition Lead reached out to me on LinkedIn and I responded that I was interested. She asked me to apply to the job on LinkedIn and sent me a link to book a time slot in her calendar for a call, which I did. Two days before the call, I received an automated email that my application has been rejected. I messaged the recruiter to see if the call is still scheduled and never received a response.
I am not upset, but please try to remember that job applicants are human beings who have taken time out of their day and away from their jobs to have an interview with you.

Suite à l'entretien, AUCUN retour malgré mes relances. Outre le fait d' être venue à mes frais pour passer cet entretien (entretien à 18h qui m'a contraint à prendre une nuit d'hôtel par ailleurs), il eut été respectueux de recevoir une réponse. (d'autant plus quand il s'agit d'un entretien entre professionnels RH dont le rôle est aussi de veiller à l'image externe de leur entreprise via (notamment) le recrutement).
