Interviewed with Franchisee and head of operations, it was much more like a conversation than an interview, they didn't ask any behavioural or work related questions, mostly just logistical questions about availability, and as a result I didn't feel that I had a chance to properly convey my suitability for the role. They gave a lot of information about the workplace including training hours, rostering and uniform requirements.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Burger Urge (Maitland, New South Wales) in Dec 2022
Interview
Very lowkey, involved sitting down at a table with one of the managers and having a chat. She had my resume on the table, and asked a few screening questions before asking a little more about myself, my interests, and skills.
