So far, three interviews, pending (at least) one more; two conducted by phone, spoke to a recruiter and district manager; third interview was face-to-face with an area representative; possible fourth interview (still pending?) supposedly with district representatives; possible more interviews (not sure, as I'm still waiting to be told next step in the process). I was informed that if I was given the position, I would have to pass a drug screening (which could be expected), and would be provided training by Burroughs, and tested on that training. At this time, I was also told the salary for the position.
The first two interviews came quickly (First interview about three weeks after I applied; second one about a week and a half later), but the third interview took three and a half weeks to be scheduled (this may have been partially due to the Christmas/New Year's holidays, but the staff was increasingly difficult to get in touch with; I was finally notified of the third interview about three days before it happened, and this was after sending multiple emails asking about the status of it).
In person interview was conducted at a local Whataburger; interviewer stated that this was to get interviewees "accustomed to" the work environment, in so much as that Whataburger is one of Burroughs' clients. It did feel a little odd interviewing at a fast food restaurant, but I kept my attention focused on the interviewer and the course of the interview.
I was encouraged to ask questions; I did, mainly to verify the specifics of the position, and some about how many positions they're looking to fill, and what kind of competition I am facing. Interviewer answered my questions to the best of his ability.
INTERVIEW PROCESS IS STILL ONGOING, SO SOME INFORMATION BELOW MAY NOT BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. AT THE TIME OF THIS WRITING (JAN. 20, 2017), I'M STILL WAITING TO RECEIVE CALL FOR FOURTH INTERVIEW. IF I AM GIVEN AN OFFER, I DO PLAN TO TAKE THE POSITION.
