They insisted on an in-person interview in central London, when it is commonplace to conduct initial interviews online these days.
They scheduled the interview for early in the morning the day after I got back from my honeymoon, and then later moved it to the following day, causing me the stress of having to rearrange my plans and take extra time off work (while still on my honeymoon). I did not live near London at the time, so had to spend a lot of money to make the interview, but hoped it would be worth it, as it paid a lot more than my current role, and sounded like something I really wanted to do.
The interview was terrible - I was very nervous and was given a task that was impossible to complete in 30 minutes.
They ghosted me afterwards.
