It was sooo long and feels disrespectful to candidate's time. I spent 3mo interview with them only to learn it was not a right fit. The interviewers are super nice and friendly, love the culture. However, the process is very outdated and doesn't work well with american culture.

Quite easy about motivation, what areas is Sweden strong in, then a business case about a client export strategy, but no calculations, more like mapping out the things that could be relevant.

Long process, took nearly 2 months from first interview to last. First interview casual questions, second standard case interview and third with the manager. Overall good experience but could definitely be speeded up

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Business Sweden (Nairobi)
Interview
After application, they took about 3 weeks to get back hence the first interview which is HR screening with team members from the team. The second interview is the Case study as any typical consulting firm would do then aptitude tests ,lastly interview with the country head.
The case study requires adequate preparation, as they test problem skills of the candidate.
