Very professional and nice. They asked a lot of questions about resume experiences and went through portfolio pretty thoroughly considering most firms take a minute to browse through. Talked about their belief system and value of architecture.

Interview
I replied to their listing on the AIA career page/job board. Due to my own schedule I was not able to interview until a week later, but they were accommodating to this time-frame. I interviewed in-person at the studio office with the principal himself. the interview lasted about 30 minutes. I received a very fast follow-up.
