- Applied online and recruiter got in contact and scheduled a phone screen with a senior person in the IT dept. - Phone screen was basically a run thru the resume and asked basic questions and ended in 20 min. I figured that the interviewer was expected someone with more experience than what I had. Got a reject after a couple of days.
