CAD MicroSolutions interview questions

It was a very negative experience. I gave an interview and that was about 30 minutes on-site in Toronto coming from Hamiton. I feel like the interviewer doesn't have any knowledge about the Software field. After the interview, they told me to give an update within a week, but they didn't. I sent an email after 2 weeks and they didn't respond. What kind of company told you to come onsite and then not give an update?

The interview went well. They told me that they would get back to me in a week's time. I never got the call until the end of the month when they forgot they had interviewed me. I was not happy. They interviewed me a second time and samething happened again.
