The interview was relaxed, conversational, and welcoming. It didn’t feel rushed or scripted. The interviewer focused heavily on personal experience, attention to detail, and how I operate day-to-day, rather than trying to trip me up with technical questions.
A lot of the questions were personal and situational — how I handle responsibility, how I stay organized, how I communicate, and how I show up consistently. Detail mattered. They wanted to understand how I think, not just what I’ve done.
Overall, it felt more like a human conversation than a traditional interview. Clear expectations, respectful tone, and an environment that values accountability, precision, and reliability.
I left feeling confident and comfortable — and ultimately got the job.
