Online and then in person with staff. Lots of background checks which seem like a good idea. Staff were friendly. It seems like they do good work but the training time is not flexible for a volunteer role

Interview
1-2 weeks. Interviewed one on one with the coordinator. A background check was conducted and told if it came back clean, I got the job. Following that I had to conduct training for a week. At the end of the week, we went to the court house, observed some cases and then sworn in by the judge.
