CASA/GAL interview questions

it was a pretty standard process. i had a first and second interview. i needed to provide a resume. it was an one on one interview. i had to wait for a little bit but ultimately was okay

Very relaxed, panel style interview. More behavior based rather than skills based, which suited me. After phone screen, applicants were narrowed down to top three candidates who came in for a face to face interview. Job offer was mad in a time span of one or two weeks.
