What is PHP,
Define Client side validation and server side validation.
Define GET, POST, PUT METHODS.
Define Ajax., Smarty, framework.
Most Important OOPS concepts.

Interview
I went through 4 rounds of interview. First 2 rounds were taken by the co founder in pune office and went well. Although more emphasis was on how creative i am and less on HR. The 3rd round was a skype call with the founder in US. It was a 5 mins call in which the interviwer again laid emphasis on my creativity and why i chose HR as my career. Still they were not able to decide whether to select or reject my candidature so i was intrrviewed 4th time by a senior customer care guy. This process took almost a week.

Questions were less on the HR front and more on my personal creativity and issues resloving abilities and laying off employees.
