I applied online. I interviewed at CBRE (Detroit, MI) in Apr 2017
Interview
Typical Hiring process. Applied on company site, phone interview and in person interview. All went smoothly. I had two people interviewing me at the same time, which can be difficult to handle. Most of the questions were straight forward and based on skill set. The interviewers did a lot of the talking and it was centered around job duties, travel and location(s) of travel, and skill set matching to duties. Felt very good about the interview.

I applied online. I interviewed at CBRE (Denver, CO) in Jul 2025
Interview
Overall the process was professional and well organized. The recruiter communication was clear and the scheduling was easy. The interviews were structured and focused on both experience and how you handle transactions, deadlines, and working with multiple stakeholders.
Most of the questions were behavioral with a strong emphasis on client service, problem solving, and managing competing priorities. The interviewers were knowledgeable and it felt like they were genuinely trying to understand how you operate day to day.
