I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CBRE (Singapore) in Aug 2019
Interview
One round. Direct with the Finance Director. Interview questions were straightforward and right to the points that relate to work competency. Simple process and fast hiring decision making. Completed all interview stuff within. 1 day.
I applied online. I interviewed at CBRE (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2025
Interview
Three interviews total: first with the talent acquisition rep, then the hiring manager, then both the hiring manager and her boss. They were in a hurry to hire, and I thought I knocked it out of the park. But allegedly they went with someone internal. If that is true, why would you bother opening the role up for external candidates if you are still evaluating internals?
First round is HR round with simple questions about yourself reason for change, salary expectations, work experience and work rights then technical interview by reporting manger. Final interview with finance director.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at CBRE (London, England) in Jan 2023
Interview
Scenario based questions, understanding my role and the experience I had in line with the company, didn't get any feedback on this so seemed like a waste of time personally, would have preferred some feedback.
