Very straight forward and easy. If you work for the GWS account (client) - your account will be client dependent. Expect some volatility but overall good experience. There will be the hiring manager and recruiter in the interview process.
Very good. 1 call from recruiter to vet for your availability and salary. 2 met with 2 men who interviewed me over teams. 3. I got 2 job offers and did not take theirs. But… it was an excellent interview and so so so close I would have loved to work for them. To prepare… know thyself.

Submitted application - emailed by recruiter for interview. From recruiter initial email to final round interview was 4 weeks. Recruiter never followed up, I had to initiate all contact. Final email said position was in limbo. I finally saw the job pulled and realized it was eliminated.
It would have been nice as a final round candidate to have feedback, rather than just ghosting.

Son 4 entrevistas, primero con RRHH, luego con gerente del area y luego con manager de operaciones. Si te va bien te pasan con el gerente de contratación. Si avanzas te notifican y sino también. Como solicitan inglés en un momento de la entrevista pueden pedir poder continuar la misma en inglés.
