I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CBRE (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2022
Interview
Total of 3 interviews with the property team (not including the one with the recruiter). All 3 were less than half an hour because we dove right in and were clear about our expectations. I know that it might not seem that helpful to hear, but this company is very fast-paced and wants to streamline every aspect of the company including the interviews. What helped is that I has already interned for the company during college, so it was just a matter of figuring out if I wanted to be a part of this team specifically.

Question 1
This job revolves around being organized, what processes do you use to maintain organization?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at CBRE (Oakland, CA) in Nov 2023
Interview
The hiring manager was kind and it was hard to figure out if I made an impression so do not let that discourage you. Situational questions were asked a lot and they give you an idea of what the position is beyond the job listing.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CBRE in Feb 2023
Interview
First interview was on zoom, second interview was in person. Both were over an hour. I enjoyed both interviews and felt very at ease. I assume I did not get the job due to the radio silence I experienced for weeks after. I was disappointed to be ghosted after I felt like I had given a lot of time and gotten along with the interviewers.
