It was a very standard interview with no technical questions. They understand you don't know anything as a college student and will have to learn on the job. It was two rounds of basic questions about personality, work ethic, and adversity.
Application round, if you get passed through. Then a round of video interviews where you are given prompts and have 30 seconds to prep and 90 seconds per question. Then the brokers get to select who they interview and you interview with them.
