Test based and portfolio based. Post a rigorous selection process through online application. The test is complete bim software drafting and rendering test and they are all well managed online tasks to be done.

I applied online through their website. Got a call the next day for an interview. The interview lasted for 1.5 hrs. Asked about 15-20 questions. All the questions were based on architectural basics , background, your expectations, prior experience,etc.
