Interview
I had this process for CDK Pune.
Selection Process:
1. Coding challenge (Programming Test for 60 – 90 minutes)
2. 2 Technical Face to Face interview.
3. 1 interview with Hiring Manager Face to Face
4. 1 HR Interview.
As part of first round, I got one problem to code for Shopping cart where you need to calculate the final bill after discounts. Just think like you need to apply the tax as per different tax slabs & as per male & female.
In second, I had the interview discussion with some CDK person.
For 30 mins, he kept on asking about my project & god knows what he understood or was he trying to get some time to fetch the questions to ask. And he asked 2 coding questions on some online codepad & that online IDE is useless & it was like you are writing on a notepad but can execute the code to check the correctness. So you need to be perfect while writing code at such places.
And mostly, interview feedback on glassdoor are useless & senseless as they neither tell you about the process properly neither they tell you about the interview questions.
