Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter, we had a good conversation my skills and background seemed to match what they were looking for. The recruiter offered a time slot for me to come in that I could not do. We came up with another time slot. When I arrived the hiring manager was not expecting me, he had me on the calendar for the orginal date. Still very nice, energetic, we still spoke. Conversation went ok but I never heard from them again. My initial take was the office culture was young energetic and happy to be working there.

Online behavioral questionnaire followed by a 40 minute phone interview a week later. Easy and quick responses to application. Phone interview was mostly behavioral scenarios. nothing unexpected. Lots of company background.

Phone interview with recruiter asking typical situational questions and going through my resume then a second interview with the Account Manager with the same questions as the original phone interview. Nothing out of the ordinary and pretty conversational interview, not stressful at all.
