      Interview

The interview process started with a phone interview with the recruiter, followed by a phone interview with the Recruiting Manager, and then finally the owner of the company. Then I came in for an in person interview. Was quite drawn out.

      Recruiter Interview

      12 Jul 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Denver, CO
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at CEI (Denver, CO) in Nov 2015

      Interview

I had an initial call with an internal recruiter that lasted about 10 minutes. Then they set up a time for me to FaceTime with the recruiting manager and the branch manager. The questions were pretty standard and it lasted about 20 minutes. After that, I was scheduled for a phone call with the director of recruiting. He did not have much experience in recruiting so it was a very easy interview. He just wanted to make sure that I was going to be comfortable working from home. The whole process was very long. It was months before I received an offer and even once I had accepted my start date got pushed back multiple times.
