Initial phone interview, followed by an in-person interview with a manager and later did two peer interviews where I got to ask questions about current positions. Also, a writing sample was required.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CENTRA (Massachusetts) (Ballston, VA)
Interview
Bad experience on three fronts. First, the company clearly lacks any kind of collaborative environment - everyone was partitioned in their own room. Second, my interviewer was unable to articulate what they liked about working at CENTRA. Third, they never actually got back to me with a final decision.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CENTRA (Massachusetts)
Interview
A friend forwarded a woman from Centra looking for someone who could immediately fill a position, so I sent her a cover letter and resume and she responded within two hours saying she wanted to put me in touch with a recruiter. He called the next day, and then I had an interview the next week. The interview seemed more like them describing how I fit the role, with just a couple questions about my background but otherwise more focused on the position itself. They told me I would hear back from them the next week.
