The assessment centre includes a group task and an individual task. The recruitment team were all lovely but the other people in the assessment centre were so quiet, barely pitching in ideas or talking so it made it difficult and quite awkward, but what can you do! The whole day was very laid back. The interviewers were also lovely, it felt like the questions went on and on however, I honestly thought they asked about 40. I wasn't offered the job and asked for feedback which they said they would give, but I haven't heard anything from them which I think is really poor.
