The interview commenced with a first stage interview with the Company's registered recruitment consultant. At that stage my experience, qualifications and salary expectations were reviewed. The second stage of the interview was with the HR Director and the Talent Head of the Company. At this stage, the focus was on my technical skills and problem solving skills. I had to paint scenerios with good examples of how i have successfully managed problematic situations and challenges related to my role in the past. They were also interested in knowing about my multitasking ability and the values I could bring on board if given the opportunity. The final stage was with the MD of the company. Surprisingly, it was more like a friendly chat. He wanted to know my personal philosophies and why I think Chi Limited was the right place for me to be.
