apply online, got a call later, did interview. Its a senior level role, gaurenteed base with commission. You have to be a hunter- willing to do the 50-100 calls/per day (which is completely doable) and be a closer.

Interview
I was recruited by the CIBC HR staff and contacted through LinkedIN. I had one phone call interview with the HR department, followed by one in-person interview by the hiring manager. The hiring manager hired me on the spot, pending background and licence checks. All went well and I started in a few weeks.
