Phone Invite to interview. Two Interviews over zoom in total with direct manager and director of the team. Offer was made through phone call. Behavioural/situational based questions with some iq math questions.
The interview process was smooth and well-structured. It started with an initial screening call with a recruiter, where they discussed my background, experience, and interest in the role. This was followed by a technical interview that focused on my problem-solving skills and hands-on experience related to the role. I was asked both conceptual questions and scenario-based questions to evaluate how I approach real-world challenges.
The interview is made up from behavioural questions and technical questions. It's about 80% BQ and 20% technical questions. The technical questions are used to test your logical thinking and analysis ability
