Interview
I had to do a phone interview and online interview. Both interviews started with introductions and summary of the position I was applying for, then they asked behavioral questions and ended with situational roleplay.

Describe the things you do to maintain quality in your work. Tell me about the last time these methods helped you.
Went smoothly, nothing complicated. Know their products and you will be fine. Hr are nice too, will give you a heads up. Not pressure, you can do this! Just some classic questions.
they give opportunity to choose your own time for they interview. Video interview makes it easier to connect like in a face to face interview. Unlike the phone interview which makes me uncomfortable because I don't see who I am speaking with
