Interview
The interview process lasted for 1.5 months with 4 rounds of interviews. There’re over 5 interviewers in the first round interviews asking technical and scenario questions. The later rounds are with team heads or representatives from other collaborative department.
Intensive interview process. You are expected to know the industry and written assessment is required. The package they offered was comparatively attractive then other companies. Very Chinese culture. Make sure you can accept that before taking the offer.

Question 1
Can you work overtime say really late night and travel to mainland with short notice?
4 rounds of interviews. 1) HR, 2) Hiring manage, 3) Other teams, 4) Senior managers. The hiring manager was excellent and nice, asked about many relevant questions and provided his own insights.
SH office. Investment banking campus recruitment. 2 round 3 vs 1, cover regulation rules, motivation, tech and resume. Not tough but detailed. Need prepare carefully. Big plus if you have been a intern there. Lucky to have a offer.
