You will have an initial interview for a background check, work ethics, etc and then they will ask you to do a teaching demo of the subject that you are applying for. After the demonstration, they will notify you if you are being shortlisted and will discuss the salary package to you

During the interview, the interviewer seemed distracted, frequently engaging with someone in the background and showing disinterest. They attempted to diminish my experience by claiming they used a "more advanced and cutting-edge" CMS platforms, which ironically matched exactly what I had already mentioned I was skilled in. I felt during the interview that the recruiter was already leaning towards rejecting me and actively seeking reasons to do so.

Smooth interview and very calm. HR associate answers quickly with concerns. Exam is very straightforward and gives you enough time to execute the practical test. Offer is good for a starter role.
