I got a message requesting for a phone interview a few days after I submitted application in Indeed. However, No call was made on the day when the phone interview was scheduled. Then I sent emails to HR to ask whether there was still a telephone interview. I got no reply. About two weeks later, I suddenly got an phone for telephone interview . The afternoon, they told me I moved into in-person interview. when I got there for the interview in a very bad weather condition, I was told this position was already closed. It was a really terrible experience, I really think the HR of the company should be more responsible and respect others.
