Interview
I was asked to do a phone interview. When I scheduled that, I was told I would receive the information about the company the position was with. However, even after following up, I did not receive the information until 15 minutes before the interview. Turns out I didn't need it for the interview; it was just the screener to determine if it was a good fit for both parties, but the stress could have been avoided with better communication on their part.

Interview
Had a phone interview with Dawn and was told I would hear back within the week. I never heard from them again. During the phone interview, Dawn was extremely rude about my prior experience as we both had a background in similar industries (finance) and tried to tell me “that’s not how it works” about digital marketing at my previous job. I’m guessing that’s why I didn’t hear from this company again, however, as a recruiting firm, I expected better.

Had an initial phone screen with Ashley Harrison.
Was excited, spent hours creating a presentation for a next round interview, only to send it in and get no response after two follow ups to her. Just disappointed to spend so much time on something, and not even get a rejection. Just ghosted!
