I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CLEVR (Barneveld)
Interview
Groot onderdeel van de procedure is het maken van een app in Mendix. Ookal heb je er nooit eerder mee gewerkt. Vind ik een erg goed idee, zo kan je makkelijk het kaf van het koren scheiden.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CLEVR (Amersfoort) in May 2021
Interview
The application process consisted of 4 rounds. First, a phone introduction, followed by an in-depth on-site meeting with an HR recruiter. If that goes well, you’ll be invited on another day to take a Mendix test with a Mendix expert. Lastly, the offer follows. This was end 2021. So maybe the test is changed but the rest remain the same probably
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I can't remember any questions that stood out, but the Mendix questions were manageable. I recommend getting familiar with Mendix at home and then acing the test, so you have a strong position for negotiations.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at CLEVR (Amsterdam) in Oct 2019
Interview
A phone interview followed by either a Skype or on-site interview. The recruiter which I had a phone interview with was very kind. The two employees on the Skype interview was very polite as well. Before you apply for this position there are some things you must consider. You must have UX Design in creating app experience. This experience must be gained from employment in a corporate or agency setting. This is not clearly listed as a requirement but in reality, it is. The interview was positive and a great experience. They truly have great talent and people in the company. However, you must be a UX expert in designing apps for the job. On my observation about 2 years of experience. I really loved the process and hopefully one day I will be able to apply again once I have the experience for the job.
