CMC Medical Transcription interview questions

It was over the phone, standard with a list of interview questions. I applied online, they sent an email with a lengthly video to watch. It took well over an hour to watch the video to see what they company was all about. While I appreciate being able to see what they do, they really want robots for their hirees. Not people with any medical background. When they called for the interview, they ask immediately if you watched the video.
