easy to answer questions dhcp dns vlan bios driver etc....troubleshooters, handling complex issues that customer support teams are not able to resolve. They work directly with users, using problem solving skills, technical knowledge and patience to diagnose and fix issues.

just 2 level interview, questions are very common. answer with confidence may easy crack the interview. But talk with HR for package is like market bargain. All over process take 2weeks.
