Interview
I was recruited on LinkedIn and then passed on to interview with a couple of managers and additionally do a project/homework. It was a typical interview for the most part. I had one interview in person and the rest were over the phone or virtual.
They start with a screening call where you go over your resume a little and are asked a few interview questions. Next, they will send you a personality assessment.
In the second interview, you complete an excel assessment before hand. During the interview you go over the excel and are interviewed by a member of the analyst team.
The final interview, you are asked to make a presentation on a payments topic and present it back.
