The interview process was handled by a consulting company. I had an HR screening, solved a coding task, and was rejected because of my citizenship đ€·ââïž
It doesnât matter that Iâve lived in Sweden for 3 years and had been working in the same field by then. Actually it's a discrimination.

The coding test was pretty easy.
