I was holding an offer from another company, with my joining date set for the next day. During a discussion with HR, they shared the CTC structure and assured me to trust them, saying that I should decline my offer from Infosys because I would definitely receive an offer letter the next day. Trusting their words, I declined the other offer. However, the next day, they stopped answering my calls. After numerous attempts, the HR finally responded, saying they were still in discussions with the management team and asked me to wait for a reply. After 2-3 days, they got back to me and said I needed to come to the office for another round of interviews. I went in for another round with the team lead, but the following day, I received no updates. Despite my repeated calls, HR finally confirmed that they no longer needed someone with 2 years of experience, as the client now wanted a senior developer. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. They asked for trust, and now I've lost both offers and am still searching for a new opportunity.

It was a 3 day process , I had applied online and also recommended by a friend , I found the process fine, panels were good but could have been more technically oriented , their questions were average , surprisingly no HR interview , the timings could have been managed well .
