I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CSC (Singapore) in Jun 2012
Interview
The person interviewing me was from China, and she's the project manager. And she expected me to speak basic Chinese, just because I look Chinese. And the most surprising thing is that at this time, I did not expect the job to be just picking up calls & giving support to some elderly on the phone. For God sakes it's an Application Developer position! Might as well call the position a Technical Support !

Question 1
Not a quest but after I got the job, since the start of it I almost never did any programming. It was disappointing
Overall process was simple and straightforward. Nothing out of the ordinary. The company's situation changed so drastically that I decided not to join. The first call was from a recruiter that screened my profile. The second and third rounds were technical.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CSC in Oct 2015
Interview
I was contacted by a CSC recruiter after having submitted my resume to their talent pool. He had me schedule a phone interview about a week later. The interview itself was disappointing - they called 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and asked bland, typical questions. Took less than half an hour. Haven't heard from them since.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at CSC (Melbourne) in Jul 2015
Interview
Individual presentation about myself while assessing few key questions such as why I chose to apply for CSC; group assessment where I worked with other applicants to sort out the best sequence of tasks for a problem; 2 separate interviews with 2 different managers which focused more on behavioural questions; individual written assessment about writing a blog post for their 'CSC intranet' about a suitable out-of-work activity or club.
