The initial application was completed online followed by a cognitive test which included verbal, numeric and logical reasoning as well as a personality test. After this, applicants needed to do a one-way video interview containing 4 questions.
If successful, applicants attended a four hour "virtual assessment centre" with around 50 other applicants. This session required applications to have completed pre-work and the time was inflexible so applicants were required to miss work or university classes.
The total process took around 7-8 hours of work which seems excessive for an internship considering that by the end you're still 1 in 50 applicants. This being said, the people running the recruitment were very nice and supportive.
