Interview
Process was fair and comfortable. Nice group of people. Meeting with different people, from different departments, was very helpful. The office culture seemed very positive, and everyone truly seemed to enjoy their roles, as well as working for the company
One interview by phone. Few behavioral questions and 1 technical question. The interview was given by the program director for medical devices. The interview took about 60 minutes and I heard a response back in 2 business days. It was a pretty easy process and HR was helpful
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at CSSi LifeSciences (Glen Burnie, MD) in Feb 2011
Interview
Briefly met with the Presidents of the company and was asked a few generic questions. Overall there was not much of a process and by far the least difficult interview process I have ever gone through.
