Interview
The interview was a disappointment. The CEO, who conducted the interview, spent most of the time boasting about his qualifications and experiences. When I tried to discuss my own experiences, he seemed disinterested, barely acknowledging my contributions with a dismissive smile. I'm relieved I didn't receive an offer. Even if I had, I would have declined it. It's evident that the CEO is excessively proud and believes he knows everything. His attitude suggests a tendency towards micromanagement throughout the entire company, which likely explains why people are leaving in droves.
one interview with introduction and technical questions and an assignment to be submitted to a deadline. interview was fairly usual and there were about three people to interview including the tech lead
