There were 3 rounds in total in the interview process. First, was a screening call with a recruiter (HR). Then I got moved to a second round for a video call with the Director of Saas Operations to discuss more on the role. And that went well and was a positive experience. Finally I was scheduled for another video call to meet a team of 3 employees for a technical interview. The technical interview lacked transparency, questions were unrelated to the role and shady and HR was not present to monitor the technical interview.
