Calgary Economic Development interview questions

The first round was a virtual interview with an HR representative who kept their camera off throughout the meeting. At the end of our call, she mentioned they were looking to fill the role within five weeks and would follow up with feedback from the hiring team to let me know if I’d advanced to the in-person round. A week passed with no update. I followed up multiple times during the process, often receiving no response. When I did get replies, she would commit to providing an update by a certain date but failed to follow through. After three and a half weeks of inconsistent communication, I finally received a generic rejection email.
